Hello, Sawasdeekah, do you know what Leelawadee means?

The leelawadee is the elegant tropical tree with a beautiful flower that you can find at many temples in Thailand. Another name is frangipani or plumeria. The flower symbolizes a new beginning. By the way, in the photos behind me you can see the leelawadee tree.

My name is Thanathis, born in Phuket, southern Thailand and moved to Belgium in 2018. Out of love for cooking, I want everyone to taste the real Thai cuisine. The dishes are authentic to the recipe of my mother who ran a restaurant for many years.
